On Saturday, August 6, the United Way of Defiance hosted the 3rd Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival at the Defiance County Airport. The festival is the primary fundraiser for the United Way of Defiance’s Community Engagement Center, which is a program dedicated to engaging Defiance County in service by connecting individuals to local volunteer opportunities.
